Item details

These vintage 3" x 5" art gallery inventory cards were a great find and are ready for instant download and print. They come with a slide-in envelope that has faint ledger lines and corner designs. These old and shabby index cards are stamp dated on the back side and have a description of the item that is referenced on the front side. If there was not a photograph, someone at the gallery attempted to draw the item. These can be printed as 4 separate one-sided 3x5" cards or can be printed and folded to be a tent card with a front and back printed and a blank inside. Or they can be folded and glued together to represent the original front and back of the card. These bookkeeping index cards also have sale / purchase information and would make great inserts for junk journals and scrapbooks.

Included:
- Set of 4 cards (2 cards are the index card front and the other 2 cards are the back side of the index cards)
- Each tag is approx. 3 x 5 inches
- 300 dpi high resolution images
- 8.5 x 11 inch paper (also printable on A4)
- 1 sheet JPG format
- 1 sheet PDF format
- Bonus sheet with information on the image sources

FAQs

There are limits to how you may use the digital images / files. Purchase does not transfer the copyright of these images and all rights are reserved for StudioOnGlore. Print and enjoy these images endlessly in your own personal projects! However, if you sell, share, or in any way distribute, your projects (what I will refer to as light commercial use) you can use up to 200 prints per image. Selling, sharing or distributing the digital format by any means is restricted. See StudioOnGlore Shop Announcements for the full Terms of Use and some examples of what is permitted and what is not.

If you use the default in many photo and graphic tools to print these images, they will likely alter the size because they will "fit" to the page. When there is a pdf file, you can open by right-clicking on the file you want to print and then selecting "open with" Adobe Reader. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free. Once you open the image in Adobe Reader, select File --> Print, then set to "Actual Size" and make sure the proper orientation is selected - portrait or landscape. The orientation will vary from item to item so make sure you check the image. After you make the selections, check the preview. If all of the images are in the clear, not gray, area, click the [Print] button.

To print actual size if you are a Microsoft user and don't want to use the pdf file method above, is to open the jpg file by right-clicking on the file and selecting "open with" Paint. Once open, select File --> Print --> Print Preview --> Page Setup. Select the appropriate orientation, put zeros in all of the margins (Paint will fill in the default for your printer). Next select "Adjust to 100% normal size". Note: If the X in the gray preview area is not completely within the dotted lines, it is ok, however you should test print because there may be blank pages printed and you don't want to waste premium paper. Select [OK] and then [Print]. *This is meant for collage sheets and not 8.5x11 images which you would print to fit page.
