Shipping is $10.95 for FedEx Ground shipping (3-5 business days) + $1.00 for each additional item in your order. If expedited shipping is required, please contact me for a custom listing!

IF YOUR EVENT IS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF DATE OF PURCHASE, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THAT YOU PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Even if we ship same day, we cannot guarantee that FedEx will deliver the product in time.

Please know that we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of FedEx, nor can we be held responsible for delays by FedEx. Once an item leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as you and cannot provide updates beyond what is listed on the FedEx tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by FedEx. Please message me in the event that something does happen, and I will do my best to help you find a solution.

I do not offer international shipping at this time.


I accept payments via credit card and PayPal. If you are local to Omaha, NE or nearby areas, I will accept cash or check.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all envelope calligraphy.

I want you to be completely satisfied with anything you purchase through me. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please message me and I will do everything I can to help.

If you notice any errors, please contact me and I will correct any mistakes I’ve made immediately. However, if there were any spelling or grammar errors in the documents provided to me, I will not be held liable and no refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

Due to the handwritten quality of all my work, I do not offer refunds on any custom, hand written orders. With hand lettering, it is common for there to be variances in the spacing, size and style of letters. Calligraphy is an art and no two handwritten pieces can be identical. All sales are final.

I do welcome custom orders! Just send me a message with the details for your order, and I will provide a timeline and price quote within 48 hours.

My calligraphy and hand lettering work is completely customized to fit your needs, and I therefore ask you to follow a certain process for reserving time in my schedule:

STEP #1: Find the style listing you would like

STEP #2: Message me with the following information –
- Style Preference (modern, formal, etc.)
- Quantity of Envelopes
- Type of Envelope (light, dark/opaque, lined, metallic, etc.)
- Preferred Ink Color ($0.25 extra per envelope for custom or metallic ink)
- Date of Event
- Date Envelopes Need to Be Completed and In Your Hands By

STEP #3: I will message you back with a total price and time quote for selection based on the information you provided and the date of your event. If you agree to all the terms, I will create a custom listing for you to purchase from my Etsy shop.

STEP #4: Once you’ve made your purchase, please ship your envelopes to me. I will also need to you send me a digital copy of your typed guest list (spelling and error free) in a Word or Excel document. Your guest list will not be accepted in any other format.
- When creating your guest list, please follow these formatting “rules”:
- Upper and lowercase letters. All caps is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
- At lease 12 pt font, preferably Times New Roman or Arial
- Include the correct 5-digit zip code
- Mailing label format is preferred. Here is an example:

• Please spell out titles and forms of address EXACTLY how you would like them written.
• Courtesy titles may be abbreviated (EX: Mr. & Mrs.), but “Doctor” should be spelled out, not abbreviated to “Dr.”
• Please spell out street names
• You can abbreviate the state names, but I will spell them out on the actual envelopes
• Please indicate whether you prefer “Apartment” or “Number” spelled out
• Married couples with different last names should appear on separate lines with “and” connecting them on the second line.
• Where a man and a woman living together have different last names, the woman’s name should appear on the line above the man’s
• Check and double-check your spelling! I am not responsible for errors in the document you provide me.

STEP #5: I will send you another message when you envelopes are completed to arrange for them to be shipped back to you.

STEP #6: Time to enjoy! ☺ If you have any questions or issues after your envelopes have been returned to you, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will do everything I can to help. My goal is to always make you a happy customer!

• ORDER EXTRA ENVELOPES! At least 20% extra envelopes than invitations should be provided to account for ink splatters, mistakes in transposing or last-minute additions. If you anticipate adding more guests to the list, please figure that in as well when ordering your extra envelopes. (15% is not expected to cover those particular instances).
• ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIME: 1-2 weeks per 100 unlined, light-colored envelopes
• Basic charges are for black ink on white or light-colored good quality paper.
• Basic outer envelopes are for the standard three or four line address. Basic inner envelopes are for one line including name of Individual or couple.
• Special ink color requests can often be accommodated at no extra cost. However, dark envelopes, heavily lined envelopes, ink colors requiring mixing and other specialty services can increase charges.
• All addressing is done by hand, by me, with a dip pen and ink. ☺


Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
