Your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail First class signed for to prevent any further problems with delivery to the UK. To the international customers please note that there is no automatic tracking on packages sent.If you would like to have your package insured what is advisable on purchases higher then of value £50 please contact me and i will add the extra postage amount needed to your order. The custom charges are the customers responsibility.
I prefer Paypal as this is the safest and quickest method for you and for me.You dont need to have Paypal account in order to pay with it.I accept payment straight to bank account as well - you can message me,and i will give you the details.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If a purchase is not what you expected im happy to discuss it with you and offer a replacement or refund.You have 14 day from the day of receiving the item. Postage on refunded or replaced items is at your own responsibility unless faulty.Returned items has to be in new and unused condition. Earrings due to hygienic reasons are not returnable unless faulty.
