I have a slew of 1950's, 1960's and early 1970's patterns from McCall's and Simplicity that I will be listing for little girls, young teenage girls and ladies/misses. They are all (precut) and belonged to a seamstress who's name was written on the front (not all) of several of these patterns. I'm not sure if she just went ahead and cut them for use later on or if they were actually used, but at least a lot of the precut work has been done for you helping to save time.

These patterns would be great for costume designers who work in the film, television or theatre industries where authentic style is required for that period TV program, movie or Broadway show. Even great for budding High School seamstresses that wants a career in the prop business.

DESCRIPTION: Vintage Simplicity 7807 Misses Skimmer Dress is a modified A-line dress with front seam interest neck band, slightly lowered around neckline, back zipper, set-in sleeves and optional button or purchased pin. 1: Long Sleeves, 2: Short sleeves.

Vintage patterns and books, due to their age and use, will have envelopes with marks, store stamps, writing, creases, small rips, taped tears, yellowing or other wear. Pattern pieces and direction sheets, unless noted, are complete and in usable condition.

FURNITURE ~ Local pick up only - no shipping available unless you make your own arrangements. I will be more than happy to help in this area if need be. Local Guadalupe/Comal County Texas delivery is available for a fee for gas, time and labor. Please make an inquiry as to applicable fees and schedule for delivery. See listings ads for shipping options available.

I ship Monday through Thursday and occasionally on Friday CST. If purchased late Thursday or Friday the item may ship on Monday. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but occasionally 3-5 days is considered the normal shipping time. I no longer do special overnight requests due to expense, time and complications from past shippers.

Once an order is given to the shipping carrier, the package becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver and Tridents Treasure is no longer liable if item gets lost, stolen or damaged unless insurance has been requested and added to the shipping charge before purchase. "Please be advised, buyers must have a secure delivery point." Shipping carriers will NOT accept insurance claims for packages missing or stolen upon completed delivery from your address location. Once USPS/Shippers makes a final delivery scan, Tridents Treasure is not responsible for items missing from the delivery location. No refunds or reimbursement are granted in this scenario. The buyer will be responsible for filing a missing package claim with their local post office and/or reporting the theft to authorities."

PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent Postal increases shipping is no longer inexpensive and more often than not, I've had to absorb the extra costs due to miscalculation in not knowing which state (distance) these items will ship to or the packaged (size and weight); therefore, I try to the best of my ability to give you the best rates possible depending on the item being shipped. If you do not like what the shipping charge comes to, please do not purchase and then complain. Contact me on the item you are interested in prior to purchasing and I will work with you to get the best accurate rate possible from differing sources depending on shipper method.

Unlike some Sellers, I do not try to make extra money on your shipping costs (I try very hard to give you the best estimated shipping rates wherever possible according to weight, box size and traveling distance). However, freight is determined after purchase through PayPal & Etsy according to weight, dimensions, zip code or address information given and method of shipment used. (Some handling charges may apply.)

SHIPPING REFUNDS:

If your item is damaged during transit at the post office for delivery it is out of our hands unless you have insurance that will reimburse you for the cost of the item. As with their Postal Policies, the shipping fees are never refundable by the Post Office or Tridents Treasure. That is not a covered expense and will not be reimbursed.

Combined shipping costs can be difficult to determine ahead of time, especially when you are buying multiple items. Therefore, the multiple item selection on shipping fees are only an estimate of what it might cost to combine in one package. Handling charges is the cost of packing material, shipping tape, labels, printer ink, trips to the post office, gas and other fees associated in the cost of shipping these items out. In most cases I end up paying the extra shipping charges up to $3 over your estimated amount, but if this should go over that I will then request that you pay the additional shipping charges before an item ships.

Shipping only to the 48 continental United States. NO foreign sales/shipments without prior consent. If you contact me about a foreign shipping charge and it is agreeable to you, please allow me the opportunity to change the listing shipping information to reflect your country and the charge before you purchase. I can place a RESERVE with your name on the item until you purchase. You will have 24 hours to complete your transaction before I remove your name from the reserve listing and allow it to go public. This includes U.S. buyers.

For customers outside the US: International customers are responsible for all customs fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. This means that you are responsible for any fees that are associated with your purchase. I am NOT responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, etc. that your country may charge you. Please be aware of what your country limits are before purchasing. According to EU regulations, you have 14 days to return an item. You are responsible for the return shipping fee/charge. Original shipping fees on purchased items are non-refundable. Currently, there is no Insurance on International orders available. If item is lost, stolen, broken in transit or broken after delivery I am not responsible once it's out of my hands and no refunds are due in such cases.

All applicable duties, custom fees or taxes which requires the recipient’s country upon entry of the goods are paid by customer. Please contact your local customs office for more details, information and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

Shipping to PayPal confirmed addresses only. THIS IS A BIG ISSUE: Please make sure that your PayPal or Etsy address is up to date with the correct city & zip code information so that your package will get to you in a timely manner. It is NOT my responsibility to check your shipping address - please make sure your address is updated in PayPal and Etsy. I do not Drop-Ship items to any other addresses than to the original buyers address.

Items ship Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post or United Parcel Service. Although I have to enter method of shipment, I reserve the right to choose which method of shipment is acceptable after purchase of an item. UNLESS A FLAT RATE IS GIVEN, ALL other shipping fees quoted are only estimates and some may be higher or lower. Please know that some shipping calculators are not always correct. If they are higher I absorb the extra costs up to $3.00 dollars, anything over that you will be invoiced for.

DAMAGES: I am not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages w/o INSURANCE, or shipping delays caused by the shipper or bad weather. Do not ask me to refund if any of these circumstances happen with your package. Once I ship your item out it’s out of my hands and it is your responsibility to put in for a claim form. You will need to do the following in case of damage: keep the item and all packing material including the box since you will have to give them over to your local Post Office as proof of damage. Please DO take photos of the packaging and broken item. File a Claim at the Post Office (you can pick one up at your local post office) or file on-line at their website. Be sure to include pictures of the damages. If you need further information on the claim form and you need to contact me about the receipt, I will be happy to help. Original shipping fees on purchased items are non-refundable.

Insurance only covers shipping damages or loss and will not cover a client’s accidental fault upon installation or handling once the item arrived. If shipped by Priority Mail it covers up to $50 in insurance unless you pay extra fees for anything valued over $50. It also provides a tracking number. Please note that you only get reimbursed for the actual cost of the item, not any shipping charges since we do not profit from it, but in fact, get charged a fee on the total sale including the shipping charges from PayPal & Etsy. Delivery Confirmation is included for U.S. only when paying via PayPal.

Additional return information
Due to the nature of my vintage, antique, hard to replace and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final purchased via Etsy. I do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges. I describe all items through both photography and description as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a particular item, please make sure to contact me prior to making your purchase. Items are being purchased in "As Is" and "As Found"condition. All furniture items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. After the 7th day a $25 a day storage fee will apply.

All sales are FINAL. As with most listings I do not offer refunds on any items unless I have grossly misrepresented something. Buyers remorse is no excuse, nor is not fully reading or not understanding the information provided in my listings or policies. You can always contact me beforehand. If you broke the item mishandling it after its arrival it's your responsibility, not mine. Most items (IF) shipped by Priority Mail are insured up to $50. If an item is over the $50 dollar price mark please be sure to ask for extra Insurance to protect your item from mishandling by the post office. There is an extra fee for that service. You can always contact me for clarification before you buy should you not understand something in the ad. Any item refund is solely upon our discretion after a thorough investigation via photos and description. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted before issuing a refund if deemed applicable.

If for any reason I offer an exchange if there is a duplicate available, it would be the buyers responsibility to pay for all shipping costs both ways, the item being returned to me and the cost of shipping the item back to you in an exchange. Buyer agrees that shipping costs are not the responsibility of the seller/shop and never-ever refundable for any reason since sellers do not profit from it. Once it's in the hands of the shipper we no longer have control over your item. You have (2) days after the receipt of your item to contact me with any issues. If we come to terms, you will have another (4) days to return the item. The item MUST be in “like new” or “same condition” as purchased without any visible signs of wear, tear, damages, exchanges or alteration of any kind.

If a return is requested for other reasons and I agree, there is a $15.00 restocking fee per item over $25 or 15% under. Buyer pays return shipping cost. I must be contacted regarding a return within 2 days of the buyer receiving an item and the item must be returned within 4 days and mailed to me with tracking. All items are sent with tracking. If a sale is cancelled prior to shipment, there is a $7.00 fee.

I am not unreasonable and understand that things do come up from time to time that cannot be helped and I will work with you as long as you honestly inform me of your situation. If a refund is due, I expect the item to be returned within (14) days after receipt/delivery and returned in original condition with new or original packaging if boxed. If shipped by padded envelope, please use a new one. Again, all sales are considered FINAL.

There is nothing worse for me than a customer who buys something from my shop and is disappointed after arrival. This is the reason I place lots of information in the listing ad. Please take time to read it thoroughly, even twice if you have to so that you (my valued client) understand what it is you are buying and can make an informed decision on whether or not to purchase. I'm always open to inquiries before you buy.

Most items are new, used, handcrafted, antique and/or vintage. I make every effort to describe items fully and to the best of my knowledge. I do not represent myself to be an expert and I will do my best to answer all questions regarding information I have researched or am given on these items. If you need more pictures of an item I will be happy to accommodate you when making an inquiry. Items are purchased “AS IS” , new, used, handcrafted, antique or vintage.
