As I am an artisan who works alone, I want to set reasonable expectations. Every order is designed, created & shipped by me. I take extreme pride in every piece that I create & you can be assured of a superior quality product. Urban Belle is not a shop that provides mass produced products that ship out right away. Good things take time and all orders will be completed in the order that they are received, with the average turn around time ranging from 2/4 weeks. If you absolutely require shipment by a specific date, due to a special event, this must be stated clearly in the notes section at checkout. If I do not respond to you immediately, don't worry, I have not forgotten you!

If you would like an original custom design created just for you, on any product that Urban Belle offer's, that goes beyond what a listing or custom listing offers, you can purchase the "Design Services" listing. You can find this listing under the Personalize Yours section from the home page. Add this listing to the cart in addition to the product or products you would like. This listing is $65 and includes one hour of custom design work. ►You will receive: 1 Computerized mock up to view 1 Round of changes if they are needed A second mock up to view and approve before production begins When this listing is purchased along with the items you would like engraved, you will be contacted within 48 hours to begin the design process.

If you are sending an image, graphic or logo to be engraved, it MUST be the following: 1) High resolution 2) Clear solid lines 3) No low resolution drawings, no photocopies or grainy images 4) Jpeg Format Preferred All artwork must be approved before you place your order. All items are laser engraved using a professional laser machine. Laser engraving is not printing and there are no color options. Glassware engraving is softer and more elegant in person. It is a light elegant look. It may look darker or more gray on your computer screen for viewing purposes. All engraving is permanent and dishwasher safe. Unless the glassware is very fragile, then hand washing is recommended. Due to the nature of different types & brands of glassware, slight shading and imperfections may appear. With wood engraving, each piece burns differently. Due to the nature of wood, it can burn differently with varying depths and color of the burn. Wood markings, knots and characteristics will vary on each wood item.

At this time I cannot offer gift wrapping. But, if your order is a gift, I will include a gift note at no extra charge! At checkout in notes to seller, indicate what you would like your gift note to say.

Before ordering, I ask that you pay special attention, so that the personalized information you choose is accurate. Check spelling, dates, names, and fonts very carefully. When you receive your product, please understand that it is one of a kind, a customized item that was made to the specifications that you chose. I do my best to make every item accurate and beautiful. As a single designer working alone, I am not able to have items returned that were made to specifications chosen by the customer as it has no resale value at that point. If you want to see a sample of your engraving, font choice, etc. PLEASE REQUEST. If you change your mind or end up not liking your choice, as a small business I am not able to provide an exchange or refund.
