Once you have selected a shipper, we put you in touch with them directly.
If an item gets damaged during shipment, notify the shipper immediately. De-cor is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 14 days of order receipt. All items must be sent back in its original condition free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, etc.
All items will be thoroughly inspected once received.
The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with shipping the item back to De-cor.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the wrong item was sent.

If you return $1000.00 or more in product a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your order. All return shipments unaccompanied by paperwork will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Clearance or Discounted Items are considered Final Sale. No returns will be accepted on this products.
