Kaleidoscope Of Designs postage is via Australia Post. Standard delivery (snail mail) applies to most items unless otherwise stated. You do have the option to upgrade to receive a tracking number and quicker delivery. For tracked items we use pre-paid satchels , postage times vary depending on your location. Items will be sent within 1-3 business days from Sydney.
For items over $50 we recommend postal insurance, this covers you for loss and damage as most items such as quilts are one offs. The cost of insurance is $1.50 per $100.00 .

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

NO refund or exchange on personalised or made to measure items once process has started.
We are happy to refund items within 14 days if it is faulty or not as described. The item must be returned in original condition & packaging. Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged upon inspection of original item.
If you have simply changed your mind or it does not suit we offer an exchange or store credit up to 6 months. Please note, we will refund the purchase price only, on receipt of the unwanted item.
We do not assume any responsibility over any damages or losses during shipping. Please add insurance for peace of mind, $1.50 per $100.00
Custom Orders Occasionally we will offer custom spots which once payment is received we will start to make. Please give us as much detail on sizing/ colour/style as possible, this will get your item made quickly and efficiently. If you are unsure of the details please contact us – we will be very happy to help. Depending on the item you order please allow up to 10 working days for completion. Quilts will take a little longer, this will be discussed with you to agree on time frame. All custom orders are non-refundable as these are made to your specifications.
