Wonderfully shiny, soft combed, which is, however, quite compact and should be divided or pulled ahead before spinning. Then, in the short to half-long extract, it is perfectly liquid and evenly pin. Silk, however, requires a little more rotation than wool. For the long excerpt it takes some practice. The finished yarn can be twisted as desired. A pure silk yarn should again be given enough spin. I knitted a pure silk Laceschal, which is slightly like a feather clings and has wonderful wearing properties. It can also be easily integrated into the felting and provides for small light reflections. Small bowls made of silk paper are also not to be despised! Of course you can mix them with other fibres when card. It makes the piece something special, a true luxury fiber!
