As soon as payment is received your order will be shipped by Airmail with Australia Post. I ship worldwide and if you would rather your item be posted by Registered Post with Australia Post then please contact me before you buy so that I can provide you with a price for your approval. Shipping prices include postage and packaging. If postage & packaging is less than quoted when I go to my local post office I always reimburse the buyer and an email will be sent informing the buyer. Please allow at least 21 days for your package to arrive if you live outside Australia. If after this time you have not received your package then please contact me and I will try to sort out this problem.
Australia Post prices are not as cheap as in some other countries due to the distances that your package will have to travel. Some of my beads are of the shape that they can not fit into letter packaging and so have to be posted as a parcel. This does mean though that it is sometimes cheaper to buy 2 packs of beads as the postage will be the same for the 2 packs as for one eg large barkcloth beads it is the same price to post for 2 packs as for 1 pack. Another example is that it is the same price to send you 3 packs of paper beads as for 1 pack of paper beads. If you are in doubt please email/convo me and I will check out the price for you. Shipping costs include the cost of postage and packaging and I try and wrap your beads securely so they arrive in a good condition.
Should your goods arrived damaged please let me know as soon as possible and we will discuss how to rectify.
Paypal is accepted but you don't need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. Just follow the payment instructions to be guided through the payment procedure. Returns & exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
