Shipping is through USPS after payment has cleared. Most items ship 3-5 business days after ordered, sometimes sooner.
I have a nearly full-time job in addition to this etsy shop. I work Tuesday-Friday. I make most shipments Saturday-Monday for this reason so orders made later in the week may ship much faster than ones made early in the week. In any case, I will let you know an estimated shipping date as soon as I can.
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
At this time, shipping is US only, but international shipping may be available in the future.
As items ship from Alaska, shipments may take 2-3 days longer to reach you than shipments from other states. Alaska shipping times can be unpredictable. 1-3 business days can mean it will be there in two days or it might not get there for a week. If you do not receive an item within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards are all accepted forms of payment.
Cancellations must be made before the item has shipped. Your order will be refunded.

Returns & exchanges
A full refund of your money can be made before an item ships.
If an item arrives damaged, send me a message with pictures of the damage. You may ship it back to me and I will refund the price of the item only, not including shipping costs.
If an item breaks within 2 weeks of arrival, I can possibly repair it, depending on damage. If I determine repair is possible, you may ship the item back, and I will fix the item and send it back to you. I will pay the shipping from me to you.
If repair is not possible, you may ship the item back to me and receive an in-store voucher for the cost of the item instead.
Repairs and refunds for damage is at my own discretion and is not extended to items which have been misused or mistreated.
Items that have been damaged must be shipped back to me within 3 weeks of their arrival in order to receive a repair or refund.
Please let me know if you will be shipping an item back and provide pictures of the damage if you seek any type of refund.
