We will put a RESERVE on an item for 7 days maximum with a non refundable 20% deposit . If you need a longer payment time, we also have a LAYAWAY plan for items over $80 should you need that option. We offer a 45 days term with a minimum 25% non refundable deposit. To purchase via layaway, click to buy the item and upon checkout, click money order as the payment option. We will then invoice you through Paypal for the 25% non refundable deposit which is due within 24 hours and set up further payments with you. By completing the checkout process, you agree to all the terms associated with the layaway plan which includes completing payments in 45 days. Failure to complete all payments or backing out on the layaway will result in loss of your initial deposit. No returns or exchanges on layaway items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
As these are vintage pieces they are sold in AS IS condition. We do our best to describe all items as they are found with condition and approximate age determined. The photos are considered part of the description. If an item description was substantially inaccurate (ie broken, wrong color such as blue not green), we will gladly refund your purchase less shipping. According to the new buyer's protection European regulations in case of return the piece must be shipped within 14 days (7days was the previous time frame) after receiving and contacting us in the original condition and packaging sent, insured, POSTMARKED . Buyers pay for all shipping costs. Please be aware that monitors vary and a return will not be granted due to color variances. What may appear as normal wear to us may be significant to you. As well canceling your reservation after a 2 weeks delay will result in forfeiture of your deposit. We are happy to answer any and all questions you may have as well as sending additional photos.

Items will show wear commensurate with their age and any major flaws will be noted. . EVEN IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN NO MAJOR FLAWS ARE AT STAKE DO NOT EXPECT OR ASK THEM TO BE AS BRAND NEW AS YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE. THAT IS PART OF THEIR CHARM AND HISTORY. We do our utmost to accurately date our jewelry although actual dating may vary. We date antique and period jewelry using a variety of techniques, testing and observation.
