I generally ship using the U.S. Postal Service, First Class, Parcel Select, and Priority since these are the most economical ways to ship. If you would like to use another carrier, please contact me through Etsy Conversations BEFORE you purchase and I will do my best to suit your shipping needs, with any additional shipping costs invoiced to the you, the buyer. In addition, if you would like to purchase insurance on your purchase, likewise, contact me through Etsy Conversations BEFORE you purchase and additional costs will be forwarded to you. Further, I ship to your Etsy address, unless another ship address is listed at the time of purchase. Please be sure that you have the correct ship address at the time of purchase, as charges for reshipping are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers, please be aware that your country may have customs restrictions and/or tariffs, fees, or taxes required on items shipped to you internationally. You, the customer, will be responsible for paying these tariffs, fees, and/or taxes and inquiries regarding restrictions.
Please be aware that I use clean, recycled packaging for most of my shipping needs. Each purchase is packaged to with care to ensure safe, undamaged arrival to the customer's address. For this reason, I cannot be held responsible for defects that occur during shipping.
*If you require gift wrapping or new packaging, please advise me of your needs when you place your order. I can provide gift wrap and a card with any sentiments you wish to convey. You may contact me at the time of your order using the space provided on the order page, or via etsy convo. If you wish for the gift wrap, please let me know immediately as I ship packages quickly after receiving payment. Unfortunately, due to the cost of shipping internationally, gift wrap cannot be provided on international orders.
I accept both Paypal and Direct Checkout through Etsy. As always, faster payment leads to faster shipping. I always aim for fast, easy transactions. No sales tax will be charged, except in the state of Florida. If you need to cancel an order, please do so quickly! If I have already shipped your item and you wish to cancel your purchase, you will be required to pay return shipping!
Payments not received within 3 days will be considered cancellation of order and item(s) will be returned to the shop for sale. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact me via etsy convo to arrange for payment or cancel your purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Customer service and satisfaction are most important to me! I will provide a refund (for domestic purchases) in the form of a replacement item, shop credit, or repair if you are not happy with your purchase due to defects. The item must be returned within 14 days and must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. The buyer must pay all shipping costs for return. All refunds will be for the price of purchase plus the original shipping price. Please allow 7 days after the return is received for refunds.
I do not provide refunds/exchanges for buyer's remorse! A binding contract between buyer and seller is made at the time of purchase of any item in my store.
