I ship to Canada and the United States. If you reside in another country you are welcome to contact me and I can give you a shipping quote if you like.
Please be aware that any VAT taxes, duties or any other charges imposed on you by your country is the responsibility of the customer.
I ship all items by air mail through Canada Post. It usually takes between five and seven BUSINESS days for items to arrive in Canada and the United States. That time frame does not include weekends or holidays. SHIPPING UPGRADES are available at checkout.
These are shipping guidelines only. Please allow extra time during busy mailing periods.
***PLEASE NOTE*** I can no longer ship items to APO address'. I only ship to Canada and the United States at this time and APO address' often have destinations overseas and take much longer to arrive than I state in my policies. Any APO addressed orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
At present I accept PayPal where you may take the option to pay with your credit card or you may wish to use Direct Checkout payment options including debit and credit cards. Once payment has been completed your item(s) will be shipped within one to three business days, usually sooner.
Purchasing with a Credit Card through PayPal
When you're ready to check out, go to your Cart.
Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal.
Once You're Redirected to Paypal
1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.
2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) You'll also be asked whether you want to save your information with PayPal. Uncheck the box if you don't want to. You'll still need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy Checkout to review and submit your final order.
Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit Order on Etsy.
Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with your order please contact me through the "Ask a Question" link on the listing page and we will discuss any problems.
If we decide that an item will be returned the item must be in unused original condition. The customer must pay return shipping costs. Once the item is returned I will issue a full item refund.
Note: If your item arrives damaged, please notify me right away and provide photos of the damage.
If the item is being returned because of a mistake on my part then I will refund your entire purchase including original shipping charges once I have received the items back.
All the sea glass in my shop is real genuine sea glass from around the world. These sea glass pieces are from England, United States, Canada, Latvia and Ukraine. I usually say where I have gotten the sea glass from in each listing. It is drilled by me for use in jewelry making or crafts. Jewelry supplies such as findings or beads are unused from my own destash supplies.
In an effort to save paper/trees I do not usually include a printed receipt with your order. You may see or print a copy of your receipt yourself from your purchases page or you can contact me if you require one.
