I ship items via the USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL OR PRIORITY MAIL with confirmation, to the address provided on your Etsy invoice. If you would like to have your item shipped to another address, please include that info in the "message to seller" portion of the invoice.
Additional insurance is optional if you would like insurance please contact me prior to making your purchase so that I can inform you of the additional charges. I will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged UNINSURED packages.
Also if you would specifically like the item shipped Rush or Priority mail please contact me before making your purchase to be informed of additional shipping charges.
I normally will ship items out within 3 business days (not counting the day paid)once payment is received and has been cleared. If it is a custom order please allow 1 week for me to make the item and then it will be shipped.
I am also an avid recycler and will ship with recycled boxes and packaging material when I am able.
I will sometimes combine shipping on similar items, please contact me prior to purchasing so that I can revise the listing for you.
Preferred payment method is PayPal. If you can not pay via PayPal please contact me prior to making the purchase to discuss other payment options.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. If you don't pay within 24 hours I will consider transaction void.
Items will not be shipped or personalized (if applicable) until payment is received and has been cleared.
If you do have a problem with your payment, please contact me and we can work together to get it resolved.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact me within 7 days of receipt with the reason for wanting to return the item.
Please do not return the item without contacting me first.
Items returned to me must be in new and unused condition and I will refund 100% of the purchase price. (Refund will reflect item price minus shipping costs).
Personalized/Custom items may not be returned or exchanged.
