We ship items using UPS Ground and UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). Choice of shipping carrier is at our discretion. If you have a preference or require expedited shipping, please discuss this with us before you purchase the item. Additional charges may also apply if special packaging is required. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if you were not able to receive/accept your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Also note that we cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms - that is a violation of U.S. and international laws. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery depending on your customs office.
We ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESSES. We cannot ship to stores for pickup. Please ensure that your address is correct when you make a purchase.

Additional return information
We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns, unless the item was misrepresented in the listing or damaged by the postal service in transit. If the item arrived broken or damaged due to mishandling when it was in transit, we will require photos of the damage so we can submit an insurance claim to the shipping service responsible.
