All orders will be shipped to the address associated with your Etsy account unless told otherwise. We will not be responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. It is the buyer's responsibility for re-shipment fees.

All orders are shipped in 1 - 3 business days from the day the order was placed.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States and to Canada.

- Domestic (US) Orders -
Domestic orders are shipped First Class Mail via USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 3 - 8 BUSINESS (Does NOT include weekends or holidays) days.

Shipping is at a flat rate of $3.25 for U.S. customers. Price includes a tracking number.

- International (Canada) Orders -
International orders are shipped First Class Mail via USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 10 - 14 BUSINESS (Does NOT include weekends or holidays) days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.25 for Canadian customers. Price includes a tracking number.

Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes or fees.

For any problems with shipping, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is unfortunately (and literally) out of my hands.

Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control.

Payments

Payments can be made with any major credit card and Pay Pal.

Returns & exchanges

If you find the product unsatisfactory, please contact me immediately so we can come to a resolution whether it be a refund or exchange.

Any order that is unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the product can be refunded.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

After the order has been returned/received, then the refund will be issued.

Refunds WILL NOT be available for lost packages, incorrect mailing information, or if you change your mind. All sales are final.
