I always ship within 1-7 business days of your purchase. I always send a short note AFTER your purchase is on the way - I never say or mark it as "Shipped" until it has left here.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Unfortunately because of the high rate of lost and/or damaged items to certain countries I only ship Internationally if it is requested. I will only ship Internationally by Priority or 1st Class International with insurance. Insurance is automatically included with Internatiomal Priority and will be added to the shipping fee I quote to you for 1st Class International. Also - all fees invoked by your country on purchases you make are solely your responsibility - taxes, tariffs, custom fees etc.
I accept (and prefer) PayPal as my main payment processor whether you have a PayPal account or not. PayPal processes all Major Credit Cards when purchasing through PayPal. You do not need an account to use PayPal when purchasing through me. Just follow the easy instructions after hitting the "Check Out With PayPal" button in your cart. If you have any problems using the PayPal button at checkout, please contact me.
I also accept all payment methods through Etsy's Payment System.
Note: PayPal also accepts checks through your bank account - this generally takes 4-7 days to clear.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me to discuss the problem you are having. If we both agree to my return policies, I will gladly give you a refund when I receive the item back. It must be in the same condition as when I sent it out to you. There will also be a 25% restocking fee to cover selling fees and packing supplies.

All of my items are Vintage or Antique and generally are sold "As Is". I try my best to describe the condition of my items and take pictures that not only reflect the good points of the item, but also any of the major flaws it may have. If an item has working parts, I try to test them - some I can not test. If I know an item works, I'll state that in the description. Some of my items are more for display/decorating and/or collecting.
I do not try to restore any of the items I list. I prefer to leave that to you or other experts who know how to do that. Other than washing dirty dishes and wiping items off, I do not attempt to remove rust (other than surface rust) or patina from any item. Basically, the way I find an item and list it is the way you will receive it. Personally, I love the "old weathered" look of antique and vintage items. I hope you do too.
Many of my shop items include paper related items that can not be washed. I try not to stock items that are extremely musty, but old paper sometimes has its own special scent. I have a non-smoking home, however, some items I sell may have come from homes or businesses where they smoked - I try my best to not purchase items that can not be aired out enough to eliminate any offensive scents. I will state in the listing description if this may be an issue.
