Visions of Sugarplums? This Christmas theme picture frame makes finishing your cross-stitch, embroidery or photo easy and fast. It is made from prewashed and ironed cotton fabric. It has a complementary hanging ribbon. The overall size is 8 3/4" x 10 3/4 " without the hanger. The inside opening is 4 3/4 x 6 3/4". Using the frame couldn't be easier. Trim your pressed stitched piece several inches larger than the opening. Center it above the opening and just stuff in each corner holding the stitched piece down in the middle. That's why I call them "Stuff-ins"! Now hang and enjoy your lovely picture. If the piece is staying in the frame, I suggest putting pieces of double-sided tape just under each side of the opening to prevent your item from shifting. The frame is hand-washable. Remove the felt and oaktag from inside the frame before washing. If you are an avid stitcher or photographer, like my friends and I, using these frames takes up so much less space to store off-season. A stack of dozens takes just inches in a drawer. So much better than traditional frames. It is also fun to coordinate the fabric to your piece. Remember, if you fall in love with a frame, you can choose threads that go with the fabric when you do your chart. Easy-peasy! I have other frames made with the same fabric. Ask, they might be perfect for you as well. These frames make great gifts for needleworkers to use for their own pieces of art, too.
