Item details

This is 80%/20% silk/cotton, more silk than cotton and it's hand dyed by me in driftwood color, in the tan, woody family, low impact dye used. The number on the tag in the picture is the exact skein you will receive. This ribbon you can stamp on with permanent ink. This color is of a wood tone, fresh washed ashore driftwood. This is 53-55 yards and width runs 3/4" to 1" in some of strands or a bit wider. This sari ribbon does have a stitched seam end to end and the lengths in-between stitches are long, approximately 30-32 inches long. You can knit, crochet, wrap and weave with this sari ribbon. The photo could be a shade darker or lighter depending on your monitor so that is why I try to describe it with examples of color types. All sari ribbon has a raw edge unless otherwise stated, you will have some threads to trim.

I ship within 1-2 days of payment, I SHIP to your address ON ETSY, unless you tell me paypal address. I will insure if package is over $75.00 and unless you request it I do not have signature required. If you paid by direct check out or Paypal, the address used will be what you have on your profile on Etsy. I refund shipping overages but keep in mind .75 cents is for shipping supplies, Toner and packaging. I do not pay for custom fee's and please do not ask me to adjust your cost or mark it gift, there's no where on the form on Etsy to mark gift you made a purchase. In USA it is against the law, thank you for your understanding.

Payments

Payment is expected at time of selection, I will wait 24 hours for paypal to go through, due to unforseen circumstances I would appreciate an email of explaination of no payment if it is delayed and no payment within a 48 hours it is my option to cancel sale.
I do take postal check money orders and have no problem with waiting for it to come to me and clear, the shipping time would be starting after the check clears. I have direct check out and paypal.

Returns & exchanges

If for some reason your item has a flaw outside of the general love/hate relationship we all have with silk sari ribbon I will refund the cost of the item when returned to me, I do not refund shipping charges unless the skein is defective. " Custom dyed colors", this is more of a difficult task to match a color that you want exactly. It is impossible to match over the internet any picture you may show me, I can only come close and my pictures on the internet will not show the same on your monitor as they do mine.. Due to this time taking procedure I do not refund custom dyed ribbons. My feedback is my honor that I will do the best I can to make my customers happy, but please understand there is no refund on custom dying due to all the time it takes to make a color for you.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and be returned in good condition as it was sent to you. I do not refund opened and cut skeins unless there is a defective reason.

Additional policies

I do not wholesale.

CUSTOM DYING, Please understand it takes a whole pot of dye to make a color, that means I have to dye several skeins to use up the dye. I will no longer do custom dying for just one skein, it's too much waste of a more expensive safe dye that I use, thank you for your understanding.

Please note about photo's, I do the best that I can with photos, lighting can vary along with camera. My colors are pretty close to the pictures. Skeins are always faded here and there on the solids and then can possibly have a sari pattern in it. I do not have control over patterns, they are just there and in my eyes and many others they are beautiful. There could be possible knots in sari ribbon where the stitching may have let loose.
