My aim is to ship to you as quickly as possible, but you will have to wait no longer than 2 business days. We hate waiting for the "Your item has shipped!" email as much as you do! If possible we ship on the same day as you place your order. We take every precaution to make sure that your item arrives in excellent condition, but we cannot take responsibility for what happens during the shipping process.
All items are sent from the New York, so it should take 1-3 days to ship to the East Coast, 2-4 days to the Midwest, and 3-7 days to the West Coast. If you would like faster shipping or extra shipping services (such as insurance or tracking), please contact me before placing an order so that we can set up those options for you before submitting your purchase. Please be aware that some extra shipping options will cost extra.

I currently accept Paypal and checks. You can also pay with a credit card through Paypal and you don't have to be a Paypal member to do it.
Returns & exchanges
I value you as a customer and want you to have a fabulous experience purchasing from me. Because of this I check your items closely before shipping, including taking a picture of the item immediately before shipping for my protection. If there is any discrepancy between the listing and condition of the product before shipping I will contact you before shipping to offer options of any potential partial or full refund.
I make every effort to protect your product during shipping, but if an item arrives in poor shape it is due to shipping hazards beyond my control. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you are concerned I recommend that you arrange for shipping insurance by contacting me prior to purchasing an item. There is no blanket refund policy.
If there is a delay or expectation of delay in shipping your item (more than 2 business days from receipt of payment), I will contact you as soon as possible to offer you 3 options: full refund and cancellation of the order, full refund of the shipping cost, or free upgraded shipping (where available). Once I have your response I will proceed with the order as you have specified.
