I use Royal Mail Standard Delivery and endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after payment (normally within 1 - 2 business days, Monday - Friday, sometimes Saturday) Please do allow for geographical time differences, weekends and bank holidays. I cannot guarantee an item will arrive by a specific date, so please note this before placing an order. Once a package leaves my hands I have no control over how fast it arrives.
UK BUYERS Items are shipped, normally within 1-2 business days, once payment is received. All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Please wait 3-7 working days for delivery in UK, depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS Purchases outside of the UK will be sent by ROYAL MAIL AIRMAIL, which is NOT TRACKED. Tracked and Signed can be purchased at checkout, should you want this service. An allowed time of around 7-14 (Working) days is required for your item to arrive. Parcels can take up to 28 (Working) days if there are delays in customs or bad weather.
Unfortunately for international customers any additional Customs charges and Taxes will have to be paid by the customer, as these are not included in the item price.
My Shipping charges include cost of packing materials and prices are worked out on the entire weight of package including packing materials.
If for any reason the package cannot be delivered due to a wrong shipping address provided or the package is unclaimed, I cannot be held responsible. PLEASE make sure your delivery details are correct on your Etsy account, this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE Shipping is only to the address on your account not to other addresses. However, I am aware that on rare occasions it may be necessary to ship to a different address so please contact me prior to purchase to arrange this.
LOST PARCELS There is a time limit before parcels can be classed as LOST in TRANSIT, especially for international shipping so please email me should there be any problem and I'll let you know the allowed time for your destination.
PACKING I pack items very securely, mainly in new packaging but I also use recycled materials where possible. It will be clean and tidy and is a good way to decrease the impact on landfill sites.
PAYMENT Would be appreciated immediately after purchase, thank you :) I accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift vouchers.
Should you need to cancel an order for an unforeseen reason, please email me requesting cancellation. Once an has been marked as 'shipped' it cannot be cancelled.
If after three or four days the payment isn't made, I will contact you. If there is no reply within an acceptable time, I will I'm afraid have to cancel the order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I always obtain proof of postage/shipping for every item and I make sure every item is packed as safely as possible. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 28 days or has arrived damaged please contact me. A photo of the damaged item would be advisable for purposes of any claim to be made to the shipping companies.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If a parcel is returned to me because due to it being undeliverable for ANY reason, for example, inaccurate shipping address provided or buyer not collecting from the Post Office, I will refund the cost of the item MINUS any shipping costs. I am prepared to re-ship the item at the customers expense. Also, a 10% deduction may be made for the costs incurred in time and relisting of the item
