For domestic buyers: I use USPS first class, with Tracking. If you want your package upgraded for faster delivery, please send me a message. Your item will usually ship within two (2) to three (3) business days after receiving confirmation of cleared payment.
Please make sure your shipping address is current. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is listed. If your package doesn't reach you, because you have not verified your address, I am not responsible for it.
***For international buyers: I am happy to ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and several European countries. I use USPS First Class International. I list a higher shipping rate because some items weigh more than others. If your shipping cost is lower than what I quote in a listing, I will issue a refund for the overage.

All jewelry pieces are sent in a suede pouch or small box, tied with ribbon, and placed in a protective bubble mailer.
I accept Direct Checkout payment through ETSY and payments through PayPal. Either way is safe and secure. If using PayPal, you use your credit card and PayPal acts as a go-between. Choose the PayPal option at checkout. PayPal accounts are free and all information is protected. If you use a credit card through Etsy, the information goes directly to Etsy and not to the shop owner. Once payment receipt is confirmed, your jewelry is on its way! Please assure that your address is correct.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to love your jewelry as much as I do. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. If an item is defective and I am notified within 7 days of your receipt of the item, I will accept a return. But please notify me in advance of your return and wait for my email confirmation. Returns are accepted for undamaged, unused pieces if returned to me within 7 days. Refunds are made once I receive the item in its original packaging and no refunds are given for items that are damaged by the wearer. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item to me.
If you should find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing a repair done on your purchased item, email me and I will gladly repair whatever is broken and re-mail to you at my expense. I will refund your postage to me up to $3.00.
I cannot accept return of custom orders or personalized items.
I will only accept returns of earrings if they should break, but otherwise I cannot accept returns of earrings for sanitary reasons.
