All presented in a brown kraft paper bag, ready to gift. The only notions not included are scissors and a needle for weaving in ends.
Details of yarn:
Hand dyed merino sparkling DK yarn in colourway "Nebulosa", in blue and purple tones. One skein is enough for a hat, a cowl or a pair of mittens. A subtle colour blend for your projects.
♥ La Oveja Reina: the most soft and sparkling yarn in honour of our Queen Sheep. ------------ ♥ Hand dyed in Barcelona, with environmentally friendly professional acid dyes.
♥ This listing is for one skein only. Please note that due to the hand dyeing process, even skeins from the same batch can be slightly different.
♥ Gauge: 22sts x 30 rows over 10cm/4 inches on 4mm (US 6) needles
♥ Washing instructions: Wash by hand up to 30º C, use a gentle soap, don't twist, lay flat. BE CAREFUL: Despite the dyes are properly fixed, some colours may bleed, specially the most intense ones. For that reason we recommend to handwash in cold water and separately.
♥ Please note that the colours may be slightly different depending on your monitor settings, and also some colours are difficult to catch by the camera. If you are not sure about the colours, please ask us. Thank you!

We ship from Spain to all destinations by express mail service with tracking. A signature is required for delivery. When the payment is received, the items are normally shipped in a period of 7 to 10 working days (indicated as "processing time"), then we contact you to provide the tracking number. This will not be applied on custom orders, please understand that it takes some time to make a custom item and we tell you a time estimation :)
Customers from Spain and the European Union: delivery usually takes 2-7 working days from the shipping date, depending on the country and the distance.
International customers outside the European Union: delivery usually takes 3-7 working days from the shipping date, but sometimes and on specific destinations it takes up to 30 days.
We use an expedited shipping service if possible. We choose the best option available depending on your order and destination (regular postal service or a carrier).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Additional policies about refunds and exchanges:
Shipping costs are not refundable unless in case of lost packages. Customers will pay the returning shipping costs unless in case of damaged packages. Please understand that in both cases we have to work things up with the shipping services and it would take some time.
If you want to return or exchange what you have bought, you need to send the items using a shipping service with tracking. For exchanges, customers will pay for the new shipping costs.
In case of returned packages, I'll solve every situation depending on the particular case. In case of wrong addresses, customers will have to pay for any additional shipping costs.
Custom orders and custom hand dyed yarns can't be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges and returns are not allowed 15 days after delivery. Thanks for understanding.
