This is a smaller variation of the larger Flower patch but its a slightly different crop so it has its own listing. More of the leaves are visible in this patch.
Flower....a dream flower that bloomed into my imagination. The original painted batik wall hanging of this image was 3 feet long and I simply started painting a flower with no idea where I was going. But its a very well loved flower in my inventory and I enjoy hearing customers guess at its real-life cousin. Calendula? Echinacea? Lotus? Poppy? You can decide.
Dye sublimation is an extremely durable textile printing process which prints dyes onto polyester fabric. I've transferred these prints onto 100% recycled pop bottle polyester using a heat press. I've backed the fabric with Wonder Under, fabric adhesive so that you may iron the patch on and sew the edges easily. These patches are not fully iron on. The adhesive backing is for positioning only and they need to be sewn or pinned in order to stay on whatever item you choose. The patch is totally machine washable and is exceptionally durable. Can be appliqued onto a tee shirt, jacket, bag, hat, pants, wall hanging, altar cloth, quilt....it's up to your imagination.
