These are very pretty and dainty larch cones still attached to their branches. Some of the twigs and cones have a slight green tinge to them (due to age) which I think adds a bit of interest to them.
There is a wide variety of lengths, some of the branches have 11 cones, some only 1. I've measured a few of the branches and they are between 10" to 20" long. They are mostly longer branches. There are also some single cones not on twigs.
I haven't counted all the branches but there are a lot of them and they fill the box which measures 16" x 12" x 6".
They are great for floral displays, or for Christmas - the cones can be sprayed with gold or silver - they could be added to wreaths or left as they are making a striking display.
They come from three larch trees in my back garden, and as they last for years I don't need any more and it seems a shame to waste them!
