To get the longest life and enjoyment from any of our garments we recommend ironing the garment inside out is along with the same process for washing & drying as well. While it’s not a necessity to wash inside out, it does help to prolong your garment and the vinyl design itself. For long lasting garments, we recommend washing on a low heat (40 degrees max) & dry with caution if using a tumble dryer. If possible it’s usually best to let, your garments dry naturally. Our mugs are dishwasher safe however for longer life cycle we would recommend drying by hand as this is less of a corrosive chemical process. This inevitably allows your design to stay clear and to the best of its quality for as long as possible.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping however if an item is being shipped as a gift we can offer further options. If your item had been purchased as a gift, we can mail the item without an invoice and with a note saying whom the gift was sent from instead. Please contact us after your purchase has been made to arrange this service.

We try and stock a small collection of everything we sell however our designs are made to order. We also have some homewares & gifts premade in small quantities. We aim to get all orders out within 3-5 days of an order being placed. As with anything else being handmade, sometimes things can take a wee bit longer than anticipated. If anything takes longer to create you will be kept in the loop anyway. For larger orders, we use a UK Courier Service, Royal mail signed for mail for anything else in the UK. For deliveries across Europe and worldwide we will use standard airmail unless the customer wishes us to use a faster for of delivery.
