All pieces are sent insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK), or International Tracked & Signed.
All customs charges and import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs processing.
PLEASE NOTE: It is currently prohibited for UK sellers to ship jewellery to Australia using Royal Mail. I am happy to get quotes for other courier if required.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Custom orders and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged. Items can be refunded if return is arranged within 14 days, and item must be received within 30 days of delivery. Postage will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Due to Royal Mail regulations, one month must elapse before items are considered lost in transit, and refunds for loss cannot be processed until that time has elapsed.
