Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 days from time of purchase.
If you have an event coming up or need something before a certain date please let us know! If a rush is needed we can make arrangements to have your sign shipped out same day. Please contact us first so that we can confirm that we will be able to fulfill your request.
We ship using FedEx and USPS. A tracking number is emailed immediately after we create the shipping label. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to 2nd day, or overnight please contact me and this can be arranged for an additional charge.
The prices shown on my listings are US only. We welcome international buyers! Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchase.
Elegant Signs only accepts immediate payment at time of purchase. Payments can be made through Etsy’s direct checkout or by Paypal. If you have any questions about payment please send us a message. Our workshop is in Corona, California and we also do accept payment and pickups there. Please contact us before arriving.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We handle refunds and returns on a case by case basis. Please see below for our return information.
We do our best to provide good photos and descriptions but if for some reason you are unhappy with the item we accept returns within 15 days of confirmed delivery. In most cases we will pay return shipping costs. After 15 days we will assume that you are happy with your purchase and do not accept returns after 15 days of confirmed delivery. Please still contact us if you have a problem and maybe we can resolve the issue but as a policy we do not accept returns after 15 days.
If an item is received damaged by USPS or FedEx we will ask for a photo of the damage and provide a refund or new item upon confirmation of damage. In most cases we do not need the item returned and will ask you to dispose of the item.
If the package seems to have been lost by USPS or FedEx please contact us and we will make a phone call to the shipping carrier finding out what might have happened. If the carrier has lost the package we will provide a refund or new item.
If you receive the item and change your mind about wanting the product we do ask that you contact us and we can set-up a return and refund but request that you pay the return shipping cost.
No custom orders...Due to our growth and desire to offer quick turnaround we have decided to only offer our own curated designs. This means no custom orders.
