All STANDARD orders will ship out 1-3 business days from when payment is received. CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED ORDERS take longer and the time we need to have a custom order ready depends on the design and quantity. Convo us for more information if you would like to place a custom order. Most orders will be shipped from MEXICO City.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and have no control over that process.

The customer is responsible for providing us with correct shipping information and the customer will be responsible for paying for secondary shipping charges, if the product has to be re-sent.
Likewise any unclaimed orders/packages sent back to us can be sent back to the buyer but the buyer will be responsible for paying the repeat shipping.

We accept PayPal (paypal accepts cards - just click submit order and you will be guided through check out and you don´t need to have an account to pay with Pay Pal. You can pay as a guest), we also accept Amazon gift cards as payment. If you want to pay with an Amazon gift card please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept returns on all items except GLASS or personalized orders within 14 days of package delivery. The Items must be shipped back to us within those 14 days of delivery and please make sure the item can be tracked if returning an order. We do not pay for return shipping and any international shipping charges are non refundable. Local standard shipping charges will be refunded upon return. Refunds will not be made until I have received the returned item in the exact condition you received it in. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all refunds. We will offer a refund on personalized orders if they arrive defective, In that case please send us a photo of the damaged or defective item,
