Yes, I do accept returns shipped within 7 days of purchase. You should contact me within 3 days of receiving the item with your intention to return. If we both agree on the grounds for return, you must return the item in original condition. You will have to bear the return shipping cost and ensure that the returned item reaches me safely; I urge you to insure it in case it is lost in transit.
CUSTOM ORDERS and special requests: — Most of my items are unique, one-off. Some jewelry is modifiable, e.g. color of tassels, but 99% of my items are presented as they are.
