Pink fabric with brown roses covers this refurbished photo frame. It is trimmed with a brown, embroidered, silk ribbon. It is embellished with pearl and gold buttons, topaz rhinestones and a gold and pearl brooch. It holds two photos and does have an easel on the back. Picture openings are 3 7/8 x 5 7/8. 14 3/4 x 7. 1 piece.
All orders will be shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service), unless other arrangements are made. Shipping fees will be calculated at the end of each sale. The approximate time to process orders are 3 to 5 business days. All orders will be shipped once payment has been recieved. All local orders can be picked up (by appointment only) and will not be charged a shipping fee. You can email or call me for tracking numbers for all orders.
Credit Card payments are accepted through Pay Pal and Direct Checkout. Etsy Gift Card are also accepted. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. When you finalize your purchase choose your payment option.
Returns & exchanges
When ordering your merchandise, please read description carefully. Some items are refurbished pieces. This means the pieces were found in junk stores or thrift stores and given a new life. Please notify "FOR KEEPSAKES! GALLERY & GIFTS" for items needing to be returned. All items must be returned as they were sent. Unless you received the items damaged because of shipping, You will be charged for the full amount of the purchase if damaged by negligence. If you have recieved your purchase, and the package was damaged, DO NOT OPEN. Notify us immediately so we can make the necessary arrangments for its return. Each piece has been handmade with the utmost care. If an item is damaged in shipping, I will refund your monies or allow an exchange for an item of equal amount. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Custom Orders (Local Residents Only) All custom orders require a 50% deposit. No checks will be excepted on custom orders. Balances are due at the time of pick-up. Materials brought in by the client in bad condition (artwork, photo, fabric, etc.) will be brought to the attention of the client at the time the work order is made. All orders should be ready within a 2 to 3 week range, depending on the project. The client will be notified when his/ her order is ready. Orders that are not picked up within 10 days, after being notified, will be sold. Deposits will not be returned. Custom orders that are needed by a specific date (birthdays, anniversary, Christmas, etc.) will need to be ordered a month in advance. Custom orders for Weddings need to be placed 2 months in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelled work orders will not have their deposits returned. No exception.
