Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs involved with items. We are not responsible for any shipping fees, including but not limited to shipping an item back for repair, or for a return, and shipping costs for materials. We are also NOT responsible for items lost in the mail and any reports of lost items MUST be addressed to your local Post Office and an inquiry made. We ARE NOT responsible for making replacement goods if an item is lost by the shipping service used and refunds are not acceptable in this instance. Returns are only available if the item is shipped back to us in the condition it was sent in, and it is not a custom item.
Payment must be made in full before a project will be started. Once an order is made and a customer cancels an order, due to buyer remorse, card misuse or other reasons a 30% cancellation fee will be retained by the shop owner. If the shop owner cancels the order for any reason themselves, the full price will be refunded.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Any item of a custom nature will not be eligible for a full refund for ANY REASON.
Custom color orders that are not currently in stock are subject to a 15-30$ shipping fee for the fur/supplies to be shipped to the shop.
