All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class. Orders in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days. Non UK orders will be sent either by Royal Mail airmail, and or by an alternative courier. Most non UK orders should be received within 2 weeks. All non UK purchasers should ensure that they understand any additional charges that may be incurred by revenue and customs which may apply in their country and which are out of our control.
Please pay within 48 hours of ordering. Any orders not paid for within this timescale will not be kept aside, but will be returned to stock. Paypal and credit/debit cards accepted.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds will be made on receipt of returned yarn or product in resaleable condition, or where there is a fault* with the yarn or product or if it has been damaged in transit. Yarn must be returned at customers' expense and, if the product is at fault, the cost of this will be refunded.
No compensation will be paid for inconvenience. Please bear in mind, that, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Normal returns procedure will be followed and items must be returned at customers' expense.
* Fault is deemed to be that which would make it unusable for the intended purpose: ie; dyeing the yarn and making a knitted, crocheted, woven or similarly constructed item from it. Small slubs are natural and will not be considered faults. A SMALL number of knots and joins are also acceptable within industry standards.
