Most items are shipped Priority mail. Larger items usually will be sent standard post. Items less that 1 pound are generally shipped First Class mail. Insurance and upgraded shipping can be purchased. If you'd like to add one of these options to your purchase, please convo us.
The items will be sent after payment has been received. If payment has not been received within a week of ordering, the order will be cancelled.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We do not accept returns on orders over $400 due to the large amount of labor involved. For any returns, there will be a 20% restocking fee. All custom orders are final sales. We will not be responsible for orders that do not arrive on time for an event provided the item is shipped within 1-2 days after the scheduled ship by date on our end.
