We ship to worldwide within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment, except some listings may take more time as we wrote in those listings description.

We use Thailand Post Office to ship all packages, this means that we are not able to track packages once they have been shipped. If you would like to ship by other shipping carriers, please convo me and you must pay for an additional postage.
++ Shipping time
Normally it takes time about 2-4 weeks to arrive. Sometimes faster, while sometimes later. We cannot do anything about the time of delivery because it is Post Office’s responsibility. Please understand this…thank you.
++ Claims of lost package

Please let us know if you would like to pay extra for insurance.
If insured package is damaged or lost in transit, we will resend the items as replacement. YOU have to pay for shipping fee of replaced package. In case items you ordered are unavailable, we will give refunds for ‘item cost’ only. Please understand we do the best to take care your purchase before shipped out. This case is an unfortunate shipping experience not only for you but also for us.
Please note: for various reasons a package may take a very long time to arrive. This is rarely happen but it can. We are not able to file as ‘lost’ package until 60 DAYS past shipping date because it may just Post office or Customs delay and package will show up within this time.
