The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Please note, buyer is responsible for any import or custom taxes. In addition, I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Buyer pays return shipping, and item must be returned without damage. The shop owner can decline a return due to the item's appearance.
I'd like some custom colours for my order - is it possible?
Absolutely! Most of my products can be made with your specific colors. Just send me a message for any custom colour inquiries!
How long does it take to create?
I design and create all my products by hand. From the second I recieve your order, it takes me 1-3 days to create and finish the product. After your order is complete, I have it shipped within 1-2 business days.
When should I expect my order?
All my products are made and sent within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise posted. After that, and depending on your location, it can take 1-4 weeks. Canada and the USA typically take 1-3 weeks (orders from the West Coast may take longer), and 2-4 weeks for International orders. Please note more remote locations may also take longer. Please note, orders sent to the USA/Internationaly do NOT include tracking! Orders one placed in the mail are out my hands, and as such, I cannot guarantee when It will arrive. If your order hasn't arrived in the allotted time, please contact me ASAP so that I can possible send a replacement package, and/or contact Canada post.
