Combined shipping on multiple items may be used as the item sizes allow.

Whenever possible, forgottenPLUM uses pre-used shipping materials, boxes and packaging. While these supplies aren't always the prettiest, they help reduce, reuse and recycle!

Additional return information
We do not accept returns. Because we believe in the beauty found in vintage items and their imperfections, all items are sold "as is." If you have any questions or would like additional pictures of an item, please ask prior to purchasing.
IF we come to an agreement with the buyer about returning a purchased item: An item will be returned in the original packaging; buyer pays return shipping. When the the unharmed, undamaged item arrives, the customer's refund will then be processed. The refund total is the original purchase total minus 10% to cover fees for processing credit card purchases and refund transactions.
