All items ship from McKinney, TX. We will usually ship within one business day on all for all items that are in stock. If for some reason we are unable to meet this standard, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the timetable to expect shipment and will gladly offer a refund if it is not acceptable to you. If you are needing items quicker, we will gladly work with you and can send you a custom link for upgraded shipment.

Returns & exchanges
Please contact us in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase so that we can work with you on a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us and so therefore we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund - the buyer is also responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the address on the shipping label. Once items are received back into our office, we will be able to initiate any refunds or exchanges.
