Item details

Made to Order Art Yarn: My ewe Miss Lambie provided the fiber for this handspun art yarn. Lambie is an off-white romney-cross sheep. Her fiber has a natural luster and is a low-count coarse wool. The Lambie skein will measure approx. 38 yards. It is bulky, thick, thin and a little over spun singles strand (not plied). The weight will be approx. 3-ounces. I use this over spun style of yarn for knitting, crochet, weaving weft, needle felting and Doll Hair. One unique finished example is shown: my knitted purse is adorned with 'Lambie stars'.
