All of our jewellery items are send from our studio in Perth (Australia), via regular Australia Post service within 3 business days of payment being received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your goodies to arrive domestically and 3-4 weeks internationally.

Our crochet goodies are shipped via Registered Australia Post service; and our jewellery items are sent via Regular Australia Post.
Because jewellery items are not registered, we cannot take responsibility for lost items, however if you would like your item registered please let us know before making your purchase & we will arrange the cheapest registered postage option for you. Registered Mail only applies to items shipped within Australia – once they leave Australia we are unable to track the parcel.
Your items will be shipped to the addressed listed in your Etsy account, please make sure these details are up to date before making your purchase.
Unfortunately we do not sell or post items to USA or Canada.
Items are posted from AUSTRALIA via Australia Post Mail, to the address listed in your Etsy account. International delivery can take between 12-40 business days to arrive.
We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of your country’s international customs regulation, taxes or fees, these will be payable by the receiver.
If in doubt, please check with your relevant postal service or Customs department before placing an order with us.
Xaviah Collections accepts payment by PayPal, Debit & Credit cards, Etsy Gift Cards and Direct Deposit (within Australia only). If you choose direct deposit, please select "Other" in the payment options, and we will provide you with the relevant bank details.
-PayPal- You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this payment option. Follow the prompts at the Checkout to use PayPal to pay with your credit or debit card.
-Direct Deposit- If you choose to do a direct deposit, select “Other” for payment options at the checkout & we will provide you with the relevant bank details. Please make payment within 24hrs. If you have made a purchase and not provided payment within 3 days or responded to our emails, Xaviah Collections reserves the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item for sale.
Returns & exchanges

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange (excluding postage) within 7 days if the product is not as described, is faulty or you have a change of heart.
Please note for health & safety reasons, a refund/exchange for change of mind for earrings, can only be honoured if the earrings have not yet been worn.
We will refund the cost of your item (excluding postage costs) once it has been received in its original condition.

-Wooden Jewellery & Accessories -
Wooden earrings, brooches, bobby pins, hairclips & pendants have been sealed with varnish to make them water resistant. Unfortunately they are not water proof so please avoid contact with moisturisers, beauty products, perfumes and submerging in water. Please remember to remove your brooch from your clothing before placing in the washing machine; and remove your earrings/bobby pins prior to showering/bathing – they will be a part of your amazing fashion collection for much longer if you do! Please note these items contain small and/or sharp parts and are not suitable for children.
-Crochet items- Handwash and lay flat to dry.
