I usually ship via Canada Post air mail promptly after receiving cleared payment. The base shipping rate does not include tracking. Shipping upgrades for faster shipping with tracking are available upon request.
Shipping fees will be reduced if you buy more than one object.
Duty and Customs: When shipping outside of Canada, duty fee might apply in some countries. FullPhoto has no control over this, cannot estimate the amount, and is not responsible for paying any duties, customs or taxes you may owe at delivery. If you refuse to accept the package at delivery because of duties, there will be no refund.
We accept payment via Etsy Gift Cards, PayPal and credit cards.
To pay with a credit card, just click the Checkout with PayPal button and you'll then be able to enter your credit card info. VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our goal is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we'll work with you to make it right.
For exchanges and refunds (less shipping costs), please contact us within two weeks of delivery to make arrangements. Items will need to be returned to us and must arrive in original condition in order to be eligible for refund/exchange. Customized orders cannot be returned for refund.
Canada Post will consider a package lost if it hasn't arrived 6 to 8 weeks after the shipping date (depending on service used). We ship replacements only after the full Canada Post claim delay.
If your package is damaged in courier, please make sure open a claim with your postal services at reception or pick-up so we can get our money back from the postal services.
