These rustic deer balloons are perfect for a cozy winter get-together or winter birthday celebration. We have several kit sizes available at check out - select your preference. We can also change out the standard balloon colours if you wish... see the last listing image for the available colours and leave us a note at check out with the requested changes.
The balloons will be shipped deflated and can be blown up at your local party store for a small fee.

We ship several times a week but please see the processing time on your item(s) to get a better idea of when an item will ship. We ship using Canada Post/USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Tracking is available for most shipments but super small items go on the basic, standard service so no tracking is included. If you would like tracking, insurance, or a signature required for your package please message us before you place your order.
Most of our items ship from our location in Canada and the shipping times vary. Small packages usually take 6-11 business days and are not trackable. Larger orders are typically 4-6 business days and come with tracking and insurance. These are estimated times given by USPS and Canada Post but may not be exact. If you need your item on a specific day please let us know. For US customers, order statuses will update once an order has cleared customs and transfers from Canada Post to USPS and tracking will be available at that point.
If duties and taxes apply on International shipments, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all fees. We will ship worldwide and we offer local pick-up for items within the City of Toronto for larger items.
Shipping times are estimated and come directly via the postal/shipping service. We are not responsible for packages arriving late due to issues at customs or delayed by the shipping company. If your item arrives later than we agreed upon, please contact us. Refunds can be issued on any returned items less the cost of shipping. Tracked, guaranteed services are available for all carriers at an additional fee - contact us for delivery options to ensure your package arrives on time.
Packages returned to us due to address issues, mis-deliveries, or returns due to a customer not picking up the package at the postal depot can be refunded less the cost of the shipping or reshipped with the new shipping cost billed to the customer. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries when the customer provides incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please validate your address before purchasing.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We will refund items that you are not happy with provided you contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser as we try to ensure that ALL items are exactly as shown.
We do not offer refunds on wedding related items. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order prior to your wedding day.
We am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipments. We pack everything very well so there should not be any damages in shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us - we will work on your behalf to file a claim with the shipping company and in many cases can reship the item for you once the claim is finalized.
