If you love the design but it's the wrong size for your project, I am happy to resize it for a $3.00 CAD fee.
This button should be added to a garment or craft project that is handwashed or drycleaned. They can handle some water but as any wood product they shouldn't be left to soak. If you are looking to add flair to your machine washables I would recommend one of my wooden pins that you can easily take off before a wash.
I ship through Canada Post 1-3 days after receiving full payment from the buyer. Custom order timelines will be discussed between buyer and I.
If you are a United States or International customer, please note that there may be additional brokerage, duties, and custom fees in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you are in Canada ALL orders come with a tracking number
If you are in the United States and ordering an ornament or a wooden art piece your order will come with a tracking number. Buttons and Pins, and Cake Toppers do NOT come with a tracking number because it is more economical. But If you are worried about getting a package on time or if you would prefer to have a tracking label please contact me before you make the order and I will be happy to provide options for a shipping upgrade.
ALL International products do NOT come with a tracking label.
Prints: I package my prints in a plastic sleeve to prevent from water damage. I ship it in a rigid stay-flat mailer, with a do not bend sign.
Wooden Art pieces & ornaments: I package these carefully in a small cardboard box.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Rylee and Ink reserves the right to evaluate all refund/exchange requests on a case by case basis. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, refunds/exchanges are not offered for those products unless an error was made by Rylee and Ink in production. We work hard to ensure our product photographs provide a true representation of each item, and provide accurate measurements of items where necessary. If you are unsure of an item, please contact us prior to purchase and we will happily answer any questions you may have.
Examples of circumstances that do not qualify for refunds/exchanges include (but are not limited to):
Incorrect spelling within an order (made by the customer at time of order) Incorrect shipping address (placed by the customer) Wrong product ordered by customer Shipping delays Personalised items Requests made after two (3) days of product being received
Should you wish to request a refund or exchange you must submit this request within writing by etsy conversation within two (3) days of receiving your item. If a refund or exchange is granted by Rylee and Ink it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product (at their expense) to Rylee and Ink at which time a refund will be processed minus shipping costs as those are nonrefundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their order is correct at the time of placement, and by purchasing a product from Rylee and Ink the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth within these policies. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases so if you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please send a message our way and we will try our best to remedy the situation.
In the case of an item arriving damaged. please contact me within 2 days of the date of delivery with an attached photo to discuss an exchange or replacement.
Do you offer custom cake toppers? Yes! If you love my art style and have something unique you would like to create together for your wedding by all means send me a conversation and I would be delighted to help you make it come to life. Please do take into account that custom cake toppers are not the same price as the cake toppers I have listed. They take a lot of time and resources to make, so they do come at a premium price. Please don't hesitate to send me convo.
