All packages are shipped within 3 days of payment clearing unless I communicate with you otherwise.
Packages will be shipped via US Postal Service or FedEX and tracking numbers will be sent along if I have them- if you have special request such as gift wrapping or using another carrier please send me a message before you purchase.
All items will be shipped with a delivery confirmation and insurance will be purchased for all fragile items and items $40.00+.
I will use CLEAN recycled shipping boxes as well as materials (except on scarves). I always refund on overages above $2.00 of the actual shipping costs plus packing supplies.
I welcome all international buyers and ask that you send me a quick message with postal code for me to be able to figure shipping costs to add to listing. Shipping delivery dates for international packages will vary and may be from 4-6 weeks from the date item is shipped. All additional charges that may occur once package is out of the country will be covered by the buyer. All international buyers are responsible for any duties or additional taxes their country may charge once package arrives.

Paypal and credit cards are accepted. I will work with layaway or divided payments just send me a convo.

Returns & exchanges

I want all of my customers to be satisfied with their buying experience in my shop. If you find your experience to be anything less then what you expected please send me a quick message and give me the opportunity to rectify the situation.
Refunds will be treated on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances. I will not refund original shipping costs on any returned purchases unless the item is broken, and will only refund after item has been shipped back to me and I have received item.
