Shipping costs are for USPS First Class and First Class International, unless otherwise stated in the listing. You can upgrade to Priority if you like. For international shipping, that is quite a bit more these days, even for a Flat Rate envelope. Just convo me if you'd like more information about those rates.
All shipping within the U.S. includes free delivery confirmation.
For international shipping, I must comply with customs regulations, which means I must designate purchases as merchandise and must state their sold-for value.
Payment is due within three days of an item's purchase, unless other arrangements are made.
Returns & exchanges
Satisfaction guarantee: I check all cut patterns I list, unless otherwise stated. I don't unfold patterns that, upon close inspection, look to be complete and uncut. However, your satisfaction is fully guaranteed in case I am ever wrong about the completeness of a pattern, or about any important consideration regarding any item. If you ever have even a small problem with anything you've bought from me, please let me know -- I'll do my best to make it right!
Additionally, I offer my own safe-shipping guarantee (items damaged in shipping may need to be returned to me before reimbursement). This means there's never a need for the buyer to pay for insurance for an inexpensive purchase.
In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, I (or the buyer) need(s) to file a claim with USPS in order to be reimbursed. This has only happened once in all the years I've been selling and shipping.
Please note that I must declare the actual purchase price of any international purchases on the customs form, and must provide any other information required by law.
