This vintage Butterick pattern 3319 features four variations on a dressy blouse. The pattern description is as follows:
"Loose-fitting blouses all have full length sleeves with continuous lap opening, gathered into buttoned cuffs. Views A and D have either stand collar extending into ties or shaped stand collar with self bow tie at neck, front pleat, front and back gathered into forward shoulder yoke and back slit opening with button and thread loop closing. View B has stand collar extending into ties and front buttoned closing. View C has scooped neckline with neck band and front buttoned closing. Purchased belt.
This pattern is a size 12 that fits bust size 34". This pattern has been used. Sewing instructions are included.
