You get 1 (one) roll of brand new Palm Frond Washi Tape! Each Washi Tape Roll is 5/8" Inch Wide by 10 Yards (or 30 Feet Long).

Washi Tape is a paper tape that has a light adhesive on it so that it will stay in place but you can lift it off as many times as you need to and place it again if you make a mistake.

PLEASE NOTE: NEW OUTSIDE THE USA/FOREIGN CUSTOMERS POSTAGE COST POLICY

Beginning November 3, 2016, I have adjusted my “Outside the USA” Postage Rates to accurately reflect the actual cost the US Postal Service charges to ship outside the USA and it’s territories.

Unfortunately, this means that you will be overcharged if your order is under 8.1 ounces (or 229.6 in grams or more) in weight. Which is approximately anywhere from 1 to 10 washi tapes (depending on their size).

You have 2 Options:

OPTION 1:
BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER; put all your items in your Cart, either take a screen shot or photograph of your Cart and email it to me. I will pull your order and weigh it and let you know whether your shipping is under 8 ounces or over and calculate the exact shipping charge. Once you have decided on your final order, I will email you a link for a Reserved Listing which will list everything you want with a breakdown and the correct shipping charge. REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM YOUR CART. Put the Reserved Listing only in your Cart, check out and pay like normal.

I realize this is a lengthier process but you will avoid being over-charged which is:

OPTION 2:

Here are my Rates to all foreign destinations :
1-8 ounce shipment is USD$13.25
(Except Australia which is $13.75)
8.1 to 16 ounce shipment is USD$21.75
(Except Australia which is $22.75)

You will be charged $1.25 for each item you purchase after the first item. Example: You purchase 6 Washi Tapes and you will be charged for the following for shipping $13.00 plus $6.25 for a total of $19.25 for shipping. If your shipment is under 8.0 ounces, you will be refunded $6.25.

YOU WILL REFUNDED THE OVERCHARGED AMOUNT THE DAY BEFORE YOUR PACKAGE SHIPS. And you will receive a detailed explanation of your refund in an email generated by Etsy when I process the refund.

I have been losing money because I have been paying an additional $8.55 in postage for Foreign Shipments over 8.1 ounces. Etsy’s postal systems does not allow to set postage rates so this does not happen. So I only have 2 choices; either overcharge Foreign Customers and then issue refunds or do not sell to customers outside the USA and it’s territories.

To verify the validity of what I am saying and what my new policy is, when you receive your package, please look at my address label on your package in the upper right hand corner for the weight of the package listed for example; 12 OZ which means 12 (twelve ) Ounces. Your package is weighed by the US Postal Service when they received it and scan the bar code. If the weight is incorrect, I have to give them additional monies before they will accept the package so the weight is always accurate.

To further verify the US Postal Services Costs, please go to https://postcalc.usps.com/ and enter your country etc., and the weights given above.

FOR ALL ORDERS:
All orders ship via USPS First Class Package Service with a tracking number. I can ship USPS Priority Mail for an additional charge. You must contact me for a rush service like Priority Mail.

EXCEPTION:
If you purchase Washi Samples By The Yard ONLY, your shipment will be mailed via First Class Mail Letter Service at a lower shipping cost. Please allow for longer delivery times, given that Weather and Acts of God and Nature affect the delivery of mail.


Payments

FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED:
I accept payment from any major credit cards using Etsy's payment system, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards.


Returns & exchanges

FOR ALL ORDERS:
I only issue refunds or replacements for damaged items. All my items are shipped in bubble wrap mailing envelopes, and in the case of more fragile items, I have included more bubble wrap or cardboard to protect your purchase. Therefore, when your shipment is given to the carrier, it is in excellent condition and fully protected. If your shipment or item is damaged by the carrier, please email me photographic proof of the damaged item and/or package. In some cases, I can replace the item. If your Jewelry or Bobby Pin item breaks after months of use, I will usually replace the item if you contact me.

If your package arrives damaged or destroyed, you will need to contact the carrier immediately to start a claim. I will provide all necessary information needed, but you will ultimately be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. You should keep all packaging materials and take a photo if possible, as carriers require this for proof of damage. No adjustments will be given by me for damaged boxes that are not insured.
