Elyse Anne Design delivers anywhere in Australia. To offer the most efficient delivery possible, orders are sent via Parcel Post, however Express Postage can be arranged.
Parcel Post delivery can vary between 2-10 business days. For our customers who live outside the Express Post Networks Shipping, delivery may vary depending on location, from 2-5business days. All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian dollars at the checkout.
Your orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase date, Monday through to Friday. Please keep in mind that any order/s that are placed on weekends, holidays and after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, Elyse Anne Design is no longer responsible for your goods. Please contact your local post office if you are experiencing problems during shipping.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time of SALE.
At Elyse Anne Design we want our customers to experience a stress free shopping experience and understand selecting the right style and size online can be difficult. We always advise that you to check the size chart available in order to make the correct decision.
Change of Mind: We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind, but can exchange within 7 business days from purchase date, provided the tax invoice that is sent with the purchase can be produced. The garment must be in perfect condition and unworn, all tags must also be attached. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to exchange the item and should include a self-addressed pre paid satchel. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange. Please email us if you require an exchange.
Sale Items: Please note that all SALE purchases ARE FINAL and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We do not alter any colours to the garments after they have been photographed, but be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed.
Faulty Refunds and Returns: All of our garments are made in Sydney Australia. Every item we send out is quality controlled; however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will offer a replacement or refund.
If you find that your garment has a fault, we welcome a replacement or full refund on your order within 7 business days of your purchase date, provided the tax invoice that is sent with the purchase can be produced. If you have identified a fault you must contact and notify us immediately via email. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for this item. The original labelling must be in tact. Elyse Anne Design is not obliged to offer a refund or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
Elyse Anne Design reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a quality check. All garments have been given care instructions and must be clearly read before the garment is washed, hung to dry or placed in the dryer. If deemed faulty by Elyse Anne Design, a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a refund will be issued, less postage. A response for faulty claims will be received within 10 business days of the garment’s arrival at the Elyse Anne Design Head Office.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
