Item details

Genuine Puerto Rico Bulk Sea Glass for Sale Teal and Green Shades Jewelry Grade. So many different shapes and shades of teal. From a rich green teal to the more aqua toned teal, each piece is so incredibly frosted! I found these pieces in a spot in Puerto Rico that I don't usually venture to for sea glassing...the glass is much more silky and especially worn. I love this collection so much! Unique colors and such silky shapes, make for perfect crafting and jewelry pieces!!!

FAQs

To bring a shine to sea glass, you may use a soft dab of mineral oil. To return the "frosty" appearance, a quick wash with dish soap and warm water does the trick!

Sea glass appears on our shores as a result of disposal of glass items at sea! Glass that has been tossed in the waves of the ocean becomes 'hydrated' -the "c" markings and the pitted surface indicate this chemical change that occurs. These markings help indicate age and wear and tear as a result of the journey over the sea and waves

I walk and swim and dive at many many locations here in Puerto Rico. I look for beaches close to river mouths, shipping channels, and areas that are (or were) densely populated. These are areas that run off and will deposit into the ocean any of the treasures I'm seeking!
