Purchases will be shipped within the timeframe shown in the Shipping tab for each item. Most of our items ship within 3-5 days, but some may take up to 2 weeks for production. We always ship to your Etsy shipping address. Contact us with questions!

▶Since we are sisters in different locations, your items may come in separate shipments.

We offer $4.00 shipping with USPS First Class Mail, with an optional upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for an additional $4.00 on all jewelry orders shipped within the United States. We also ship internationally to most countries. Shipping upgrades are available as requested for international clients.

We do everything we can to make sure that customers are happy with their purchases, however, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS). Shipping outside of the U.S. can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, and sometimes there are unforeseen customs delays. If you need something faster, please contact us for options.

International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

Should these charges occur, we are not responsible for paying those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

PACKAGING:
We gift package purchases in a jewelry box or a pretty taffeta bag. If you want items packaged in separately, or for us to include a note, please leave a message at checkout with details.


Payments

We accept credit card payments directly through Etsy as well as payment through PayPal. If paying with an eCheck through PayPal, your item will ship after payment clears which is typically 2-5 days.

▶5.1% sales tax will be added to any purchases made in the state of WI.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom orders. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and the item must be shipped within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items. All sales are final on sale/reduced price items.

After receiving an item, if you need it resized, there may be a small additional fee to cover the additional supplies and shipping. Please contact us with any questions.

All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer. Gift wrapping not eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for items damaged in the mail or damage caused by wear, cleaning products, or mistreatment.
